Le fondateur de Bombay S.L. avait lancé une fabrique de tissage en 1961, et il est également à l’origine de sociétés telles qu’A.E.G. Textil, Logística Textil, Napoli Textil, entre autres. À l’heure actuelle, c’est l’un des enfants du fondateur, Esteban Ginestà Lladó qui dirige quatre des sociétés précédentes, auxquelles s’ajoutent Feetline S.L.U. et Mombasa S.A.R.L.
